Most people agree that the musical Hamilton, a story about a founding father who changed the face of history, has changed the face of theater forever. The Wesleyan Hamilton Prize for Creativity, established to honor two Wesleyan alumni (Lin-Manual Miranda, the writer/star of the Broadway hit and Thomas Kail, the director) will change the life of one lucky incoming freshman. The scholarship is awarded to the student whose creative submission best reflects the strength of ideas and passion that are reflected in Hamilton. For more information on this scholarship and how to apply, check out the College Coach Insider blog at blog.getintocollege.com.
