In our School Spotlight this week, we take a closer look at the Vassar. What began as one of the country’s premier women’s colleges has evolved into a highly selective, liberal arts college for a diverse population of men and women.  Situated on 1,000 beautiful acres only 75 miles north of New York City, Vassar’s nearly 2,450 undergraduate students choose from a wide range of disciplines. Of particular note is Vassar’s Undergraduate Research Summer Institute, which places approximately 60 students in the labs of the college’s top faculty.
